Notice of personal data processing and consent to the processing of personal data

I hereby confirm that I have been informed about the processing of personal data and, as the data subject, I give explicit, unconditional, and voluntary consent to the processing of personal data to the extent specified below, for the purpose specified below, and for the period specified below, in accordance with § 13 of Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data and on amendments to certain acts as amended (hereinafter referred to as "Act No. 18/2018 Coll."), Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), as well as other relevant legal regulations.

The personal data controller is the civic association BioHive o.z. with registered office at Karpatská 18, 811 05 Bratislava, ID: 52 939 383, email: simona@lifbee.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Controller").

The Controller processes personal data for the purpose of ensuring participation in the Lifbee Academy program and evaluating the work and abilities of applicants and program participants (hereinafter referred to as the "Program"), as well as for the purpose of organizing all related events, collaborating with Program partners, promoting the Controller, partners of the Program, and the Program, and ensuring all related and necessary legal and factual actions.

Personal data of the data subject is processed to the extent of: name, surname, date of birth, email address, extent/level of completed and current education, telephone number, CV, any other contact details, and any other data necessary to ensure the participation of the data subject in the Program and related events and activities.

By this, the data subject also agrees that the Controller may publish processed personal data for the purpose of promoting the Controller, partners of the Program, and the Program to the extent of: name, surname, date of birth, extent/level of completed and current education, personal photographs, photographs from the Program, audiovisual recordings from the Program, outputs produced from the Program, opinions and reviews of participants, participant profiles, and any other data necessary for promotion.

The data subject consents to the processing and storage of personal data for the period necessary to ensure the participation of the data subject in the Program and to ensure the promotion of the Controller and the Program.

The data subject has the right to request from the Controller access to personal data concerning the data subject (the right to information regarding the scope and purpose of processing), the right to rectification of personal data, the right to erasure of personal data, the right to restriction of processing of personal data, the right to object to processing of personal data, as well as the right to data portability. The data subject may revoke their consent at any time and exercise the above-mentioned rights, in particular by sending an email to the address simona@lifbee.com. Furthermore, the data subject has the right to lodge a complaint pursuant to § 100 of Act No. 18/2018 Coll., as well as other rights arising from Act No. 18/2018 Coll. and other generally binding legal regulations.

The data subject agrees that the Controller may provide the personal data of the data subject to other persons involved in the implementation of the Program, for the purpose of cooperation with Program partners and the promotion of the Controller and the Program.
